All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international regulations, some perfume products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries. If this affects your order, we will notify you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened Geurengeschenksets (Fragrance gift sets)
  • Used perfume products (Autoparfum, Damesparfum, Herenparfum, Kinderparfum)
  • Products with broken seals

Exceptions are made for defective or damaged items upon delivery – please contact us within 48 hours of receipt in these cases.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds
